We just need so much more!

This text is written by Rolland Baker and every word of this is all that I want to say.

        My life is not my own, I do not know what to do with myself! I feel
        so abandoned to everything I once knew, every plan I had placed
        carefully for my future is somehow insignificant and empty... I
        need the breath of life which comes from Jesus Himself! I am
        desperate for the Holy Spirit because I am undone without Him! I am
        lost in this world yet somehow safe and found... My Jesus is all I
        am and all that I have is all that He is!!!! I cannot breathe
        without Jesus, I cannot live, I cannot walk and I am nothing
        without God. I am broken, empty and burdened in darkness without
        Jesus, but in Him I have all things and I am safe!!!!! Jesus is
        just so perfect, it is ridiculously amazing!!!!!!

        Jesus is all that we need and He is everything we need! Jesus is
        all that we have and He is all that we are! I just really need
        Jesus! There is always more and yet there is always enough! Who can
        live without Jesus!? His heart is precious, beautiful, lovely,
        fiery, passionate, furious, contagious, humbling and pure. We are
        called to this exact perfection! Oh, how our hearts ache and long
        for more of Jesus! He is our desire, He is our focus, Jesus is our
        reward, Jesus is our passion, and our lives are laid-down
        sacrifices of perfect love. Who can desire anything but Him?! We
        are just simply lost in this massive wave of love; it keeps
        building, it continually rises, and the higher it lifts, the more
        afraid we should be, yet the more thrilled we ought to
        become!!!!!!! Waa, it is SO powerful!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy Spirit, you
        are so welcome here...we just need so much more!!!!!

Shouts of joy and victory resound in the tents of the righteous: ‘The Lord’s right hand has done mighty things!’ I will not die, but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done.
The Lord has chastened me severely, but he has not given me over to death. Open for me gates of righteousness; I will enter and give thanks to the Lord. I will give you thanks, for you answered me; you have become my salvation. The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes. This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118: 15-24

We always have a reason to be glad and rejoice, because Jesus has gained victory over death. Wherever Jesus was preaching He always brought new life to people. To those who were sad He brought joy. To those who were thirsty He brought living water. Those who were sick He healed. Those who were in the darkness He brought into light.

Jesus gave love for those who had failed in their lives. And finally He fulfilled the mission of God and gave His life for us. Jesus paid the price for our sins and in Him we have an eternal life. In Him we have everything what we need. In Jesus we have an abundant life!

I want to celebrate His victory every day and I want to see the miracles here in Spain. Everything is possible for God! It is so amazing to walk with God and my heart is full of excitement and expectation of what God will do here in Spain. Please come to join our mission and let us rejoice together of His victory!

More love and more power!

"Anna palvelijoillesi voimaa pelotta julistaa sanaasi."

Tahtoisin nähdä ja kokea yhä enemmän ja enemmän Jumalan voimaa. Enää en vain jaksaisi pelkästään unelmoida ja puhua siitä. Tahtoisin elää sitä todeksi jokapäiväisessä elämässäni. Sillä tiedän, että se on mahdollista - Jumalalle on kaikki mahdollista.

Haluaisin elää todeksi apostolien teot: " Koko uskovien joukolla oli yksi sydän ja yksi sielu. Kukaan ei pitänyt omanaan sitä, minkä omisti, vaan kaikki oli heille yhteistä..."

"He ylistivät Jumalaa ja olivat koko kansan suosiossa ja päivä päivältä Herra liitti heidän joukkoonsa niitä jotka pelastuivat"

Apostolinen jengi julistaa rohkeasti Jumalan sanaa, he ojensivat kätensä niin, että sairaat paranivat ja ihmeitä tapahtui Jeesuksen nimessä. Jeesuksesta todistettiin voimallisesti ja Jumalan armo ja siunaus seurasi heitä.

Saulin Jumala valitsi voimalliseksi aseekseen ja kohdattuuan Jumalan hän ryhtyi heti tositoimiin. Hän alkoi heti julistaa sitä, että Jeesus on Jumalan poika. Ja päivä päivältä Jumalan voima Saulissa kasvoi. Eipä hän kuluttanut aikaansa miettiäkseen sitä, onko hän tehtävään tarpeeksi hyvä ja tarpeeksi taidokas. Hän luotti Jumalan voimaan. Ja sitä piisasi.

Kuinka usein ihmiset ovat monien pelkojen takana. Sydämen ympärillä on suuren suuret muurit ja lukot. Vapauteen Kristus on meidät vapauttanut, mutta meitä estää häpeä, pelko, oma itsemme ja toiset ihmiset. Milloin mikäkin kiire tai kiireettömyys, välipitämättömyys ja epäusko.

Herra puhdista minut ja riko ruosteiset salvat sydämeni porteilta.

Enennä voimaasi minussa ja anna minun pelotta julistaa sanaasi!

Let There Be Light

You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl.
Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone on the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven. Matt. 5: 14-16 (NIB)

In these days I have noticed that darkness takes more space in this world. We are selfish and are looking just for our own interest. We don't know how to love one another. We don't even remember anymore what means to be in God's presence. Are we forgetting the fact, that God's presence can change our lives?"You are the light of the world". That means: what we are in Christ is the light of the world. God wants to illuminate our hearts like He illuminated the whole world in the beginning. And that is something amazing! When we spend more and more time in His illuminating presence, our hearts, lives and churches start to change. When we give our lives to God, something great will happen.

We should always have the attitude that proclaims "Come Jesus, I'm ready". God wants to use you. He would love to see you spreading His light, love and the Gospel. Don't be in the darkness, don't stay at a side. Be strong and brave, let God shine in you!

Luopumisia...

Saavuttaakseen unelmiaan on luovuttava joskus jostakin tärkeästä ja rakkaasta. On uskallettava ottaa riski ja kokea elämänsä rajat uudelleen. Niin minunkin täytyy tehdä, sillä ei voi jäädä, kun on lähdettävä. Kun sydän vaatimalla vaatii, se vaatii kulkemaan. Se irti rinnastani parkuu maailmalle kokonaan.

Paljon helpompaa olisi jäädä keinumaan turvaverkkoon ja kellua myötävirrassa eteenpäin. Mutta elävät kalat uivat vastavirtaan. Parempi olla elävä kala kuin kuollut lahna.

Luopumisessa on jotakin äärettömän arvokasta. Silloin, kun jostakin on luovuttava tajuaa, kuinka merkityksellisiä ja rakkaita asioita ja ihmisiä voi olla ympärillä. Asiat poksahtavat niin tärkeiksi, että niistä on lähes mahdotonta luopua. Kysymys ei kuitenkaan ole siitä, että nuo arvokkaat asiat ja ihmiset deletoitaisiin ainiaaksi. Ne ovat ehkä maantieteellisesti kaukana, mutta sydämessä lähellä. On uskallettava hypätä tuntemattomaan ja luottaa, että Jumala kantaa ja johdattaa. Niin Hän tekee, sillä omaa olemustaan Hän ei voi kieltää.

Elämässä ei ole itsestään selvyyksiä.

Ehkäpä jokaisen ihmisen tulisi heittäydyttävä edes kerran ja päästettävä irti kaikesta, että todella ymmärtäisi kuinka rakkaita ja ihania asioita ja ihmisiä voi olla ympärillään.

Jeesus olet pelastajani.
Vaikka katoaisi kaikki muu,
kanssas sydämeni rauhoittuu.

Jeesus olet turvapaikkani,
tahdon aina olla luonasi.
Tahdon tahtoasi toteuttaa
ja viimein nostat minut kunniaan.

Minun onneni on olla lähellä Jumalaa,
minä turvaan Herraan Jumalaani ainoastaan.
Kerron Hänen teoistaan, se osani on päällä maan
ja tuottaa nimellesi suurta kunniaa.
